Flynn & Co. has officially switched over to completely curbside recyclable shipping materials! Everything from the envelope to the care cards are recyclable and 100% made out of recycled materials. Orders are dropped off at the post office on Wednesdays and Fridays.

4 out of 5 starsShipping does take forever and the shipment took forever to actually be sent out after I was notified that the package was ready for shipment, but luckily we planned enough in advance. Cover seems like great quality and fit the Boppy well.

Frequently asked questions
When will my item ship out?
Current ship out time is 3 weeks. Some waffle covers may ship out later than 3 weeks due to potential fabric delays, this is not common though. Orders are dropped off at the post office on Wednesdays and Fridays. Please message me if you are in a time crunch - a rush option may be available.
Can I include a card, since my item is a gift?
Yes! Just leave your desired card message in the "Note To Seller" section upon purchase. Make sure to include your name as well, so they know who it is from :)
I need my item sooner, is there a rush option?
Yes! I do offer a rush option! Please contact me before purchasing.

How do I wash/care for my item?
+ Swaddles:
Wash on cold. Tumble dry on low. Do not iron.
+ Nursing Pillow Covers & Clothing:
Wash on cold. Hang to dry. Do not iron.
+ Loveys:
Wash on cold. Hang to dry. Fluff on low for 5 minutes if desired. Do not iron.
Each item also comes with a care tag attached on the inside with care instructions, or a card with care instructions included in the packaging.
Does Flynn & Co. accept returns and exchanges?
Flynn & Co. does not accept returns or exchanges, however please don't hesitate to reach out to me to see if there is a solution we can work out together prior to leaving a bad review. I am always here to help! :)
Why does it take 3 weeks to ship out?
All of the items at Flynn & Co. are handmade to order by myself alone. I do not have an inventory of items since everything is customizable. Fabrics are also printed on demand, which takes some time to reach me. When an order comes in it immediately joins the back of the queue of orders. If you do need your order out quicker, I do offer a Rush option, please don't hesitate to reach out via Etsy messaging - I am more than happy to help you out with that :)

In 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).
Flynn & Company is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE3698478498863. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As a consumer, please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers.
My package says "Delivered" however I still haven't received my order/my order is stuck "In Transit", may I get a replacement?
This is an issue that needs to be resolved with USPS. Once I drop your package off at my local post office, it is out of my control. Sometimes USPS scans packages in as “Delivered” before it is actually delivered. I always suggest giving it a couple extra days to show up or to continue its journey in the USPS system. If it still doesn’t show up, ask neighbors if it was accidentally delivered to them. Still no luck, you will need to file a “Lost Parcel” Claim with USPS via their website. Sometimes filing a claim will flag their system and get things moving again. Any information needed for the claim I am more than happy to provide on my end. I do not send out replacements if a package is lost, stuck in transit or stolen.
